1. Agreement to Terms & Age Requirements

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). If you are accessing the service on behalf of an organization or a Discord server community, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Salvor Security Bot is a specialized anti-raid and CAPTCHA verification tool designed for the Discord platform. Our service utilizes proprietary visual logic puzzles (the "Double Captcha") to differentiate humans from automated accounts.

We are an independent entity and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services responsibly. You shall strictly not:

• Use Salvor to protect, endorse, or facilitate any Discord server that violates Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines (e.g., servers promoting illegal content, harassment, or malicious hacking).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass the Double Captcha system using automated scripts, OCR bots, or AI vision models.
• Overload, spam, or attempt a Denial of Service (DoS) attack against our web dashboard or API endpoints.
• Resell, sublicense, or artificially distribute access to Salvor Premium features without explicit written consent from Salvor development team.

We reserve the right to instantly terminate your subscription and permanently blacklist your User ID and Server ID from our network if we detect a violation of this policy.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

Certain features of Salvor are restricted to Premium tiers. By subscribing to Premium, you agree to our Refund Policy. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe). Salvor does not handle or store your credit card information directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, algorithms, visual assets (including our default puzzle images and branding), logos, and documentation associated with Salvor are the exclusive intellectual property of Salvor development team. Using our bot does not grant you any ownership rights over our software.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

"AS IS" BASIS: Salvor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we utilize state-of-the-art security measures, no system is impenetrable. We do not warrant that the bot will catch 100% of malicious actors or maintain 100% uptime.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salvor development team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the bot. This includes, but is not limited to, damages from server raids, loss of data, loss of community members, or downtime caused by Discord API outages.

7. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Your continued use of Salvor following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
