Salvor security bot enforces a strict no-refund policy. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or prorated credits for any subscription payments made for Salvor Security Bot.
We confidently provide a fully-featured, unrestricted 14-day free trial for all new server configurations. This trial exists specifically so that community leaders can evaluate the bot's efficacy, verify compatibility with their server structure, and decide if the Premium tier is right for them before spending a single cent.
Because you are given ample time to test the product entirely risk-free, buyer's remorse or failure to configure the bot correctly does not qualify for a refund.
You maintain complete control over your subscription. You may cancel your Premium recurring billing at any time via the billing portal linked in your Web Dashboard.
If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the current billing cycle. Instead, your Premium features will remain fully active until the end of your paid period, at which point the server will automatically be downgraded to the Free tier.
If you experience a billing issue, please contact our support team first. Initiating a bank chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting us is considered a violation of our Terms of Service.
Filing a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent blacklisting of your Discord account and all associated servers for Salvor Security products.
The only exceptions to this policy are in cases of explicit, verified system errors on our end (e.g., you were charged twice simultaneously for the same server due to an API glitch). In such rare instances, please contact billing@velosygnlabs.xyz with your transaction ID within 72 hours for a resolution.
